GLCe is the part in group of companies which are operating in Caspian region and mainly focused on Testing of Lifting equipment ,Spare parts supply and services of Cranes. Meanwhile we conduct supply chain activities and Consulting for Oil & Gas and Offshore marine projects.

The GLC operates under the terms of special permits issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry, and Mountain-Mine control following the requirements of regulatory legal documents of the Republic of Azerbaijan
